Aled Griffith
Team Leader Aled is passionate about enabling church communities to step into the new things God is calling them to and equip leaders in discipleship and mission. He works with our Synergy Team to journey alongside churches and leaders across the UK and Internationally.
Maddy Norridge
Maddy is a property expert in Northampton on a mission to house 1,000 homeless people whilst getting 10% ROI for armchair investors
Simon Shaw
Simon is a qualified Life Coach and leads The Source, a community based venture in Derby’s University Quarter. He is also the UK Director of World Horizons.
Oliver Russell
Oliver works in bringing operational effectiveness to a number of charities from his home church in Walsall
Ben Rook
Ben is Senior Leader of multi-site church Reach, having planted Reach Leicester and currently leading Reach Derby. He has a passion for emotionally healthy spirituality.
Gaynor Shaw
Gaynor is a music teacher and leads the Source community in Derby
