Synergy Conference 2026 Exploring discipleship as God’s design for the renewal of all things! Long before Christians were called "Christians," they were known as followers of the Way—a radical, countercultural people movement shaped by the life and teachings of Jesus. "Discipleship" is a rarely used word in contemporary culture and within the church it has become one of those words that is used by different people to mean different things - we know it matters, but it can feel elusive or misunderstood. At Synergy 2026, we'll return to the heart of Jesus' invitation: to make disciples of all nations and all generations. Along the way, we'll grapple with what it truly means to be Jesus' apprentices in the complexity of today's world. We're excited to welcome Mattias Demaerel - founder of Recruits, a rapidly multiplying disciple-making movement transforming young lives in Belgium - as our keynote speaker. Let's journey together toward a renewed vision of discipleship that brings life to individuals, communities, and cultures. Come ready to learn, wrestle, and rediscover the Way!

We are delighted to welcome Ruth Rice on the Saturday of our Retreat to help us to facilitate this space of reflection, conversation and response. Ruth is Director of Renew Wellbeing, a charity helping churches set up quiet shared spaces where it is OK not to be OK. As an activist, Ruth has had to learn rhythms and habits for wellbeing the hard way, through burnout and slow recovery. Drawing on the contemplative activity of Jesus in John’s gospel, Ruth will share her ideas for healthier rhythms of shared life (especially for activists!). The cost is £255 per person. This includes all accommodation (single and shared options), meals and resources from Friday 5pm until Sunday lunchtime (depart after lunch)
