Apostolic
We see, in the 21st Century, the continuation of the New Testament dynamic of local expressions of church being planted and maturing as they are strengthened and supported by apostolic teams of experienced, capable leaders who sense God’s call to go and serve in other localities or situations which creates movement and momentum.

Through identifying five-fold gifting - apostolic, prophetic, pastoral, teaching and evangelistic motivations - we develop teams responsible for training and equipping everyone for the work God has called them to do each day, so the impact is felt beyond the local church in the world around us.
These teams work and carry influence out of their relational connectedness. Local church leadership teams are responsible for their church’s theology, shape, and vision and for how far they want to push into the red-hot centre we are seeking to create.

The Big Conversation
Some of you may have noticed that there is no specific Apostolic Team in our 5F lists above. That is because we see a NT practice of quite large, flexible groups of co-workers (synergoi) of Paul who are available to be deployed to different needs around church growth and health.

This grouping (made up of all the 5F team members) is therefore where we draw from for the activities that fulfil what we see as the main apostolic functions: Extension, Problem Solving, Foundation Laying, Leadership Training And Appointment, Supernatural Impartation and Promoting Unity
