Exploring Synergy

At the heart of Synergy is a deep commitment to real relationships. We believe God brings people together for a shared adventure — partnering together in the renewal of all things in the power of the Holy Spirit! . True to our name, we recognise the dynamic power that emerges when we interact and partner with others. We are evangelical in conviction and charismatic in expression. If what you read here resonates with you, we’d love to connect further!

Engaging with Synergy

Synergy is a family, not a franchise. We’re not bound by rigid structures or top-down control — and we’re not a denomination. Each church in Synergy remains autonomous, valued for its unique context, culture, and calling. We serve churches of different sizes and styles — from micro to multi-site, rural to city — and our Core Team brings experience across a wide range of church expressions. With a heart for servant leadership we work collaboratively, offering support through relationship not regulation, valuing commitment over conformity and invitation over imposition. We’d be delighted to invite you to a cluster gathering, our annual conference, or simply for coffee with one of our team!

Expectations of Synergy

Belonging to Synergy comes with shared values and mutual expectations:

Geographical Clusters

Clusters provide an important place for ongoing relational connection with leaders who live in our locality.

Annual Leaders Summit

We meet annually as leaders to share and shape our journey together.

Annual Conference

Our wider conference is a time of inspiration, training, and celebration for churches across the network.

Accountability

We offer a healthy framework of accountability, providing external support and upholding biblical standards of leadership and character.

Spiritual Formation

We value openness and self-awareness, believing that emotionally healthy leaders are key to spiritually healthy churches.

Communication

We actively share regular updates, event invites, and opportunities to engage.

Financial Contribution

We ask churches to contribute 3% of their annual income to support Synergy’s central work. An additional £100/month per church also helps fund a “link person” to maintain consistent relational support.
